Who I am

Lumbre Partners is an AI consulting and training business based in San Diego, California, run by Lizbeth Ortiz. In this policy, “I” means Lumbre Partners.

What I collect

What you give me: your name, your email, your answers to the AI assessment, and what you write in forms.

What is collected automatically: basic browsing data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through Squarespace analytics and cookies.

How I use it

To send you the guide or the assessment results you asked for.

To reply to your messages.

To send you AI ideas and workshop dates, only if you checked the box to receive them.

To understand what works on the site and improve it.

Who I share it with

I never sell or rent your data. It is stored in the tools I use to run the business: Squarespace (website), Tally (forms and assessment), Notion (internal organization) and, when I send emails, my email platform. Each has its own privacy policy.

I would only share data if the law requires it.

Emails

I only send updates if you gave me permission. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to me through the contact form or at hello@lumbrepartners.com. I will reply within a reasonable time.

“Do Not Track” signals

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. This site does not currently respond to them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
