Hi, I’m Lizbeth.

I’m Lizbeth Ortiz, founder of Lumbre Partners. For more than a decade, I’ve worked as an HR professional in technology, including crypto and e-commerce. Leading People teams taught me how much good work depends on clear systems, thoughtful decisions, and people feeling capable of using what’s in front of them. My experience spans teams across the U.S. and Latin America.

I’ve also been on the other side of the desk. I owned a restaurant and founded Aldea, a household-support business. Building something of your own makes the questions very real: What deserves attention? What can be simpler? What will actually help the business move?

Lumbre brings those experiences together. AI is at the center of the work, with practical systems and human judgment around it. I help business owners and people getting started find useful ways to apply AI, think through decisions, and turn ideas into steps they can take.

I work in English and Spanish. As a Latina founder, I want more people in our communities to have access to these capabilities—and a partner who meets them where they are.
